1)We are aware of the data changes being present in the data sets we make available. However, these changes are driven by the state and the data we make available matches that provided to us by the state.

2) Based on our observations only a small amount of taxpayer records may be affected in any given taxpayer's data sets (approximately 1% of lines in our testing).

3) We consider these data changes to present only a short-term impact as we are currently working with the state in order to arrive at a long-term solution that will reduce or eliminate the inclusion of state-changed records not transparent to the taxpayer.
